The Role:

Tag is excited to offer a rare opportunity for a talented Recruiter to join our team. This is an in house recruitment contract for 12 months as we expand around a new exciting project. As a member of the studio Support team, this role will focus on hiring our top technical & creative talent, serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, and have a significant influence and impact on the delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members to execute these critical components of recruitment. 

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Managing  full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment processes improvements
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Building relationships with universities/recruitment fairs/recruitment companies and take part in events to maintain a strong network of qualified candidates

To do this job, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience of hands-on recruiting in-house experience, preferably at an entertainment or gaming company
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
  • Strong artistic and creative sense.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for audio and video games.
