Just Add Water are a well-established, award winning game development studio in the heart of the UK. After a raft of NEW project wins, we are recruiting for a brand new position to support the Executive Leadership Team - an Executive Assistant. By joining JAW now, you will be joining one of the rising stars of the video games industry!

We are looking for a highly motivated self starter who can deliver exceptional support to the Executive Leadership Team. Your role will cover many aspects of office administration, finance, social media and staff engagement. A critical role that will see you grabbing the jobs at hand and getting things done without the need for close management. This will be a trusted role and as a result we are looking for a person with the following:
 

• Highly skilled office administrative skills
• First class communication and great interpersonal ability
• Organised, meticulous and motivated
• Experience with planning, bookings, travel and other logistics
• Knowledge of finance packages such as Xero
• Demonstrable track record in using initiative and making things happen
• Interest in technology, gaming, social media and business

Preference for working in the Leeds office or at hybrid. MUST be able to commute to Leeds daily if required.
