Skills required:

• Understanding of MVC Frameworks
• Use of injection frameworks a plus (parsley, robot legs)
• Strong understanding of AS3
• Experience with Flex 4 and the spark skinning framework
• Dynamic and creative developer
• Understanding of the proper use of interfaces
• Understanding of Scrum development planning
• Understanding of TDD
• Use of remote services such as BlazeDS or LIveCycle
• Diverse development background (not just banking apps)
• Does not lean on MXML and binding for development
• Maven a plus
• Flashbuilder a must
