Andy Campbell
Andy is founder and Chief Executive Officer at Specialmove. Andy initially started his career in the games industry back in 1995 as a 3D Artist. Since then he’s had the privilege of working with some awesomely talented people on many prestigious projects including, Medal of Honor, Harry Potter, Braveheart, Farscape, Dexter’s Lab, and the F1 racing games with clients including EA Games, Viacom, Sega, Warner Brothers, Ubi Soft, Eidos and Activision.
In 2005 Andy established Specialmove as a specialist games industry consultancy and recruitment boutique.

Matthew Hill
Matthew is Head of Recruitment at Specialmove. He is truly an expert when it comes to all things related to publishing, online, sales & marketing and commercial within the games industry. With over 15 years experience working within the sector, Matthew has established a network and knowledge few can rival. Over the years he has established commercial relationships with leading companies such as GAME, HMV, Amazon, Play.com, TESCO.
